As a provider at Stella Mental Health in Westmont—just outside of Chicago—I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric medication management and biologically informed treatments for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Fluent in Spanish, I work to bridge language and cultural divides to ensure care is not only clinically effective, but also personal, inclusive, and culturally attuned.

I practice what I encourage, combining integrative therapy with tools like hot yoga, infrared sauna, and mindfulness in my daily life. These values guide my clinical work, empowering patients to explore wellness in ways that feel embodied, expansive, and aligned with their unique journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling the world, exploring new culinary experiences, and spending time with family and friends—including long walks with my French Bulldog, Buster.
