    Dr. Moussai is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his psychiatric training at Yale School of Medicine. He has been providing direct patient care for more than two decades specializing in adults with a variety of psychiatric conditions. 

    He is a former Associate Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine and a former Assistant Clinical Professor at USC School of Medicine and has provided direct supervision to trainees over the years. 

    He was a Medical Director at the VA providing care to our returning combat Veterans and later worked in the commercial healthcare sector as the Regional Medical Director overseeing substance abuse and eating disorder treatment.

    Patrick is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is well-versed in the fields of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy and interventional psychiatry. Before joining Bespoke Treatment, Patrick worked in New York City at an outpatient clinic specializing in Treatment Resistant Depression, where he was responsible for complex medication management, overseeing IV ketamine and Spravato (esketamine) sessions and providing TMS. He also served as Clinical Director of the practice's Intensive Outpatient Program, overseeing a team of psychiatrists, PMHNPs and therapists. Prior to his work as a PMHNP, Patrick worked as a Registered Nurse in emergency, trauma and psychiatric emergency settings primarily in New Jersey and California – and is very happy to be back in Los Angeles!

    Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Fordham University, where he worked in the Mood and Behavior Lab, conducting and publishing research on topics related to non-suicidal self-injury. He also has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Seton Hall University, where he was the recipient of the Nursing Excellence Awards in both Psychiatric Nursing and Nursing Research for his graduating class. While completing his Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice at Wilkes University, Patrick completed a year-long internship at a community outpatient psychiatric practice, addressing a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns for patients of all ages. Patrick prides himself on providing individualized and compassionate care to all his patients, empowering them to be active participants in their healing journey. Patrick believes that this healing journey should be viewed holistically, treating the underlying causes of mental health challenges and not just the symptoms.     Dr. John How is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over a decade of experience in the emergency department. He has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal and mental health conditions in people who work or live in high-stress jobs and environments.

    Dr. How received his medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California and completed a residency in emergency medicine at Ascension St. John Hospital in Michigan. He is particularly interested in the use of modern ultrasound to diagnose and guide treatment for various conditions.

    After working in behavioral health for a decade and finding mental healthcare to be splintered and inaccessible for many patients, Ben founded Bespoke Treatment in 2019 which was acquired by Stella in 2025. Ben attended graduate school at Columbia University and received a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience and Education. During graduate school, Ben developed a specialty in clinical neuromodulation and neuroimaging, where he used brain scans to predict off-label uses for TMS, neurofeedback, and Ketamine. Ben's research has been published in prestigious journals such as Brain Stimulation and ACR Open Rheumatology, and presented at The Clinical TMS Society, The International Neuropsychological Society, and the NYC Neuromodulation Conference.
