Science-Backed Mental Health Treatments That Work

We approach all modalities uniquely to optimize the best possible treatment outcome. All treatment plans are developed after a comprehensive intake assessment conducted with our Advanced Practice Providers (APP) to ensure you can get the most benefits from our treatment.

Spravato (esketamine)

FDA Approved Treatment for Depression

Spravato (esketamine) is a ketamine derivative nasal spray that's FDA approved and administered in office.

When covered by insurance, the co-pay is comparable to that of a typical outpatient mental health visit, sometimes as low as $10 per treatment.

Flexible Financial Support with "Spravato withMe" rebate program, which may drastically reduce your Spravato treatment costs. Many patients pay as little as $10 for each Spravato appointment.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

FDA Approved Treatment for Depression & OCD

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy is an FDA-approved treatment shown to provide relief for those who haven't had success with other treatments. TMS is a non-invasive in-office treatment that uses focused magnetic pulses to reawaken the connections in the brain.

When covered by insurance, the co-pay for a treatment visit is comparable to that of a typical outpatient mental health visit, sometimes as low as $10 per treatment. Out-of-pocket cost depends on each person's specific insurance plan, deductible, etc.

Ketamine Therapy

Administered in office and medically monitored

Unlike traditional antidepressants which can take weeks to take effect, Ketamine Therapy can rapidly reduce depressive symptoms within two hours of administration, and this relief can be sustained for up to two weeks, following just a single dose. Our ketamine treatments are flexible, designed to meet your individual needs and support you on your healing journey.

Our best outcomes come from paired ketamine therapy with virtual integration therapy. Integration Sessions are built to optimize healing and growth by making meaning of treatment sessions and creating individualized action plans that turn insights into transformation.

Medication Management

Evidence-Based Psychopharmacology

Treating adults & children experiencing mental health challenges like perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and more.

Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

What is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy?

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. To help individuals change their behavior, CBT employs techniques such as self-monitoring, activity scheduling for depression, and exposure and response prevention for anxiety. The ultimate goal of CBT is to provide individuals with the tools they need to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

What is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a structured form of therapy designed to help people recover from traumatic experiences. This type of therapy is based on the idea that the mind can heal from psychological trauma in much the same way that the body can recover from physical trauma.

Studies have shown that EMDR therapy can be a highly effective tool for treating trauma. Unlike other treatments which focus on emotions, EMDR therapy is focused on the memory, and is intended to change the way that the memory is stored in the brain, thus reducing and eliminating the problematic symptoms.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

What is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of therapy that involves learning skills to reduce the impact of difficult thoughts and feelings, by identifying what brings meaning to life, and taking steps to align with those values.

In ACT, the emphasis is on accepting thoughts and feelings in the present moment, rather than trying to change them. The therapy views psychological distress as resulting from avoidance or evaluation of thoughts and feelings. This can lead to negative thinking patterns that interfere with one's ability to live according to their values.

ACT aims to help individuals accept what they can't control and focus on taking control of what they can to improve their quality of life.

Somatic Therapy

What is Somatic Therapy?

Somatic Therapy, also known as Somatic Experiencing,  is different from other therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in that it incorporates body-oriented modalities such as dance, breath work, and meditation to support mental healing, while other types of therapy are concerned primarily with the mind.

Most Somatic Therapy sessions include both talk therapy and mind-body exercises in tandem. Somatic therapy operates off the idea that what happens to you in your life is stored not only in your mind but also in your body. By focusing on both the physical sensations in your body and the discussion of your problems, it is a more comprehensive approach to therapy.

Group Therapy

What is Group Therapy?

Group Therapy harnesses the power of collective experiences to provide participants with insights, feedback, and support. This form of psychotherapy allows a group of participants to benefit from diverse perspectives, finding hope and a sense of belonging through shared challenges and emotional growth. Though some may feel intimidated by the idea of speaking with strangers, the therapists and other participants work together to create an environment where everyone feels safe and cared for.

Couples Therapy

What is Couples Therapy?

Couples therapy is focused on fostering a healthier relationship by giving couples the tools to navigate conflicts together. Our supportive therapists create a safe and non-judgmental environment for you and your partner to openly discuss your experiences and work towards overcoming any challenges you may be facing. We are dedicated to helping people rediscover the connection and love in their relationships.

Our therapists are equipped to assist with a wide range of relationship issues, from communication difficulties to rebuilding trust after an affair. We welcome all couples, including LGBTQIA2S+ couples and Ethically Non-Monogamous partnerships, seeking therapy and are committed to helping you achieve a stronger, healthier relationship.

Integration Therapy

Stella Integration therapy Sessions are built to optimize healing and growth by making meaning of treatment outcomes and create individualized action plans that turn insights into growth.

Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah Valley University, Collin was accepted at Weber State to pursue a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. While it was here that he solidified his interests in the mental health field, Collin's desire to work in Psychiatry stemmed from his early work experience at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital, an inpatient facility in Utah. His experience working with individuals in acute crises and distress has allowed him the confidence to manage a wide array of mental health conditions and provide avenues for patients looking to navigate their difficult circumstances. Understanding that mental health is not a one-size-fits-all solution, Collin is willing to work diligently with patients until that unique and individualized avenue is discovered. Having worked closely with those enduring substance use disorders; he has a specialized interest in addiction medicine as well as bipolar disorder. A native of Southern California, Collin spent much of his early years in the ocean but made an easy transition to the mountains through developing passions for snowboarding and mountain biking when he became a resident of Utah in 2018.

Hannah has experience in providing psychotherapy using modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, grief counseling, motivational interviewing, child-centered play therapy, and ego state work. Hannah has worked with a wide variety of ages and populations. She has experience working in schools, hospitals, residential treatment centers and private practice. She works with young clients through play therapy, individuals facing the aftermath of trauma, and grief, among many other diagnoses. Hannah received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho, and went on to complete a Master in Social Work from Utah Valley University. She gained her passion for social work from a young age when she was able to visit and participate in an equine therapy facility. Since graduating with her Master's degree, Hannah approaches mental health in a holistic approach by putting the individual, not the diagnosis, at the center of treatment. Through addressing emotional, mental, and physical needs, Hannah believes that individuals find the healing that will shape their future in a positive way. Hannah enjoys spending her free time fishing and being outdoors with her husband and two dogs, traveling to the Oregon coast, and channeling her creative energy through cross stitch and embroidery.
