Spravato (esketamine) is a ketamine derivative nasal spray that's FDA approved and administered in office.

When covered by insurance, the co-pay is comparable to that of a typical outpatient mental health visit, sometimes as low as $10 per treatment.

Spravato Out-Of-Network: California

Spravato is considered an out-of-network benefit with co-pay as low as $10 depending on insurance coverage, deductibles and SpravatowithME cost savings program.

Flexible Financial Support with "Spravato withMe" rebate program, which may drastically reduce your Spravato treatment costs. Many patients pay as little as $10 for each Spravato appointment.
