I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and provider at Stella Mental Health Boston in Brookline.

I am experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan, in both a psychiatric and dual-diagnosis setting. My psychiatric experience is centered around providing innovative treatments, medication management, and psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health conditions including but not limited to PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and psychotic disorders.

My approach to treatment is patient-centered, providing a collaborative, inclusive, and therapeutic environment. I strive to provide compassionate and science-backed care in a collaborative process with you.

Outside of medication management, we can discuss additional highly-effective treatments provided at my office in Stella Brookline, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusion therapy or the dual sympathetic reset stellate ganglion block (DSR SGB) at our partner office at Stella Beverly.

Education and Training:

I completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Prior to working as a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a psychiatric registered nurse at McLean Hospital within the psychotic disorder division and crisis stabilization team.

I'm recognized as the 2024 George and Regina Herzlinger Prize in Memory of Rebecca Colvin reward recipient for extensive work on my graduate scholarly research project - Initial Evidence of Feasibility and Impact of a New Mindfulness-Based Intervention for Individuals Recovering from Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: Results from a Mixed Methods Formative Evaluation.

I accepts PPO plans from Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Evernorth, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General, Brigham Health Plan, Medicare, Optum, TRICARE, Tufts, United Healthcare. I also accept Medicare and many HMO plans. Use Stella's insurance look up tool to see what's accepted:
