Therapies vary per provider

Therapies We Offer

Integration Therapy

What is Integration Thearpy?

Integration Therapy is a psychotherapy that is performed after an interventional treatment has been completed, like Spravato, ketamine therapy and the dual sympathetic reset.

These sessions are designed to maximize the benefits of Stella's biological treatments in a way that adds value on top of long-term therapy outside of Stella.

Integration Therapy is considered a short-term therapy that is separate than on-going therapy with a trusted provider who may not specialize in integration.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

What is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy?

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. To help individuals change their behavior, CBT employs techniques such as self-monitoring, activity scheduling for depression, and exposure and response prevention for anxiety. The ultimate goal of CBT is to provide individuals with the tools they need to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy has been shown to be an effective psychotherapy method using memory and bilateral stimulation to help people recover from trauma and PTSD.

EMDR is structured designed to help people recover from traumatic experiences. This type of therapy is based on the idea that the mind can heal from psychological trauma in much the same way that the body can recover from physical trauma.

Studies have shown that EMDR therapy can be a highly effective tool for treating trauma. Unlike other treatments which focus on emotions, EMDR therapy is focused on the memory, and is intended to change the way that the memory is stored in the brain, thus reducing and eliminating the problematic symptoms.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

What is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) involves learning skills to reduce the impact of difficult thoughts and feelings. This work by identifying what brings meaning to life, and taking steps to align with those values. ACT puts a focus on accepting thoughts and feelings in the present moment instead of attempting to change them. The therapy views psychological distress as resulting from avoidance or evaluation of thoughts and feelings. This can lead to negative thinking patterns that interfere with one's ability to live according to their values. ACT aims to help individuals accept what they can't control and focus on taking control of what they can to improve their quality of life.

Somatic Therapy

What is Somatic Therapy?

Somatic Therapy aims to treat mental and emotional health through the mind/body connection. It incorporates body-oriented modalities such as dance, breath work, and meditation to support mental healing, while other types of therapy are concerned primarily with the mind.

Most Somatic Therapy sessions include both talk therapy and mind-body exercises in tandem. Somatic therapy operates off the idea that what happens to you in your life is stored not only in your mind but also in your body. By focusing on both the physical sensations in your body and the discussion of your problems, it is a more comprehensive approach to therapy.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times. What we need in those moments is calm, balance, and focus. Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to develop awareness, reduce reactivity, and get back to yourself. Mindfulness is woven into many of our therapeutic approaches to ground you, calm stress, and regulate emotions—all tailored to your needs. It's a matter of creating emotional and mental space so that you can respond to life with more calm, clarity, and intention.
